Aaron Wilkins, “Coach”, is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with his degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Physical Education. He has a passion for both coaching football and training people on living an active lifestyle. He played both high school and collegiate football and has been coaching for the past ten years. He is currently teaching young men life skills through the game of football at Liberty University. He is married to Carissa Wilkins, who will soon begin training as a resident physician in Internal Medicine. She also helped with this website!
Aaron also has aspirations to become a head football coach while obtaining post-graduate degrees in the area of Executive Leadership. He is humbled and honored to team up with “Doc” (Unc) to bring simple yet effective physical fitness concepts to Doc's Diet's patients. His goal is to contribute to Doc's Diet in a positive and encouraging manner by helping patients build their active lifestyle on a solid foundation. Along with coaching, the opportunity of teaching physical fitness concepts to people and motivating them also happens to be “Coach's” passion.
