Exercise is important!

In this section we present to you several approaches to exercise. We share our philosophy of life-long fitness, present an age specific related viewpoint, define cardiovascular and strength aspects and emphasize balance and fitness. Jumping into this with consistency and discipline-will keep the motor running...I recommend we all start our exercise plans slowly, approaching the prospect of exercise with excitement and moderation. Always make sure you are cleared by a physician before beginning exercise.
