Life too crazy and busy? Hard to get to the office?
Video Visits are now available at Doc’s Diet.
It is just like being in office – we see you, you see us! Your pills get mailed right to your house.
Here is what you need to participate;
- Have created an OnPatient account through Doc’s Diet online portal
- Have a mailing address in the state of California
- Please have a blood pressure cuff at home in order to take your blood pressure during video call
- Have a scale/way to report your current weight
- Sign the Telehealth contract
- Visits needed in office at least once a year
